Lesley Tobin from LJHooker Seaforth wanted something new and fresh that couldn’t be achieved internally, so she approached jenious to create a mail out campaign that was specifically designed for her and her successes. The aim was to get her face out locally and known for her great real estate results. Getting up close and personal when it comes to selling homes is a unique selling point that Lesley needed to get on board with.

These flyers were dropped off to over 2000 local homes that have resulted in sales increase for Lesley which is great all round.
